Return Policy

All Equipment Sales Are Final
Equipment sold by AG-BAG Forage Solutions — including tractors, implements, bagging equipment, mowers, and handheld power equipment — is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This is standard practice for agricultural and power equipment. Once a unit is sold and delivered, the sale is final.
New Equipment Warranty
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If your equipment has a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair it under warranty at our service shop in Astoria, Oregon. Warranty coverage means the equipment gets fixed — it does not entitle the purchaser to return the equipment or receive a refund.
Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by manufacturer. Ask us for the specific warranty details on any unit before you buy.
Problems After Purchase
If something isn't right with equipment you purchased from us, call us first. Our service department handles warranty claims, diagnostics, and repairs, and we stand behind the equipment we sell. Most issues are resolved through warranty service or a shop repair.
