LS MT347H

The LS MT347H pairs a 47 HP turbocharged diesel with a hydrostatic transmission and the LL4001 front-end loader. You get one tractor that can move gravel in the morning and run a rotary cutter in the afternoon. If your property keeps you switching between loader work and PTO work, this setup handles both.

The LL4001 is rated at 2,998 lbs at the pivot pins, measured at about 59 inches of height. It reaches 104.3 inches of maximum lift height and gives you 77.3 inches of clearance with the bucket dumped. That's enough to load a high-sided trailer or a manure spreader without scraping the edge.

The three-range hydrostatic transmission (HST) runs forward and reverse off foot pedals with no clutching, so it's easy to work back and forth at a gravel pile or feed bunk. A joystick puts lift, lower, curl, and dump in one hand. If you plan to run a grapple for storm cleanup or brush piles, the optional third function valve makes that possible.

The MT347H puts out 39.9 PTO horsepower for PTO-driven implements like rotary cutters, tillers, and finishing mowers. That's the kind of work that keeps blackberries and pasture regrowth under control. The independent PTO (power take-off, the rear shaft that drives implements) turns on and off with a switch.

The Category 2 three-point hitch is rated at 2,755 lbs at the hitch end, and extendable lower links make hooking up implements easier. Position and draft control comes standard. Draft control automatically adjusts implement depth as soil resistance changes, which helps with ground-engaging tools. Two rear remote valves with detent, which holds the valve open for continuous flow, are ready for hydraulic implements.

The foldable ROPS (rollover protective structure) folds down so the tractor fits in lower barns and equipment sheds. Tilt and power steering, a deluxe seat with armrests, and a flat operator platform keep long days comfortable. A preheat starting aid helps on cold, damp mornings.
